Born in Coral Gables, Florida. Diana practiced law with King & Spalding in Atlanta for three years prior to joining the in-house legal department of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC where she practiced hospitality law for over 14 years. Diana currently is an adjunct professor at the School of Hospitality at Georgia State University and has been teaching since Fall of 2003. She is actively involved with the Boy Scouts of America as a cub scout den leader.
